We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our clients culinary team. In this role, you will work closely with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to ensure the smooth and efficient operation in their kitchen.Responsibilities: • Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking dishes according to established recipes and standards. • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, including equipment and workstations. • Support the Chef de Partie in supervising and mentoring Commis Chefs and Kitchen Assistants. • Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets our high standards. • Assist in stock management, including inventory control and ordering supplies as needed. • Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times. • Assist in menu planning and development, including contributing ideas for new dishes and specials. Requirements: • Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen environment. • Culinary degree or relevant certification from a recognised culinary school. • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices. • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent organisational and time management skills. • Attention to detail and commitment to food quality. • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
