If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to make a meaningful impact we'd love to hear from you!Join EPAM and help shape the future of data intelligence.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Data POs to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specificationsDesign and develop reports, dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI)Develop and maintain complex data models catering for generic BI reporting requirementsImplement row or user-based security modelsEnsure the accuracy and consistency of data through regular validation checks and auditsCreate ad-hoc reports based on specific business needsProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting for BI tools and reports ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of issuesMonitor the performance of BI systems and reports ensuring they meet the required standards and performance metricsMaintain comprehensive documentation of BI solutions including technical specifications, data models, dashboardsRequirements3+ years of experience as a BI Developer or similar roleExperience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView or similarStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with data warehousing solutions like Snowflake, Redshift or similarWe offer/Benefits
