Transform.Shireburn Software is looking for a forward‑thinking, relationship‑driven Head of Shireburn Academy to lead the growth and impact of the Shireburn Academy—our learning and development hub empowering organisations through high‑quality, practical training.In this role, you will shape the Academy’s strategy, strengthen partnerships, design exceptional learning experiences, and drive revenue growth. You’ll work closely with internal teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and clients to deliver programmes that truly make a difference.What You’ll Be Driving1) Build Opportunities & Strategic Partnerships
  • Identify and collaborate with SMEs, who can deliver high‑quality, impactful training.
  • Stay ahead of learning trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the Academy’s offering.
2) Lead Revenue Growth & Go‑to‑Market Strategy
  • Define and execute a commercial strategy aligned with the Academy’s long‑term goals.
  • Ensure revenue targets are met through strong programme participation.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to increase visibility and demand.
3) Oversee Programme Innovation & Delivery
  • Manage the development and delivery of in‑person, virtual, and blended learning programmes.
  • Create tailored learning solutions for diverse industries and client needs.
  • Set performance goals, measure success, and continuously improve programme quality.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day Academy operations.
4) Engage Stakeholders & Strengthen Collaboration
  • Partner with internal teams, external trainers, and client organisations to identify learning priorities.
  • Align Academy initiatives with Shireburn’s mission, values, and strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to promote relevant and impactful training offerings.
5) Measure Impact & Drive Data‑Led Decisions
  • Implement measurement systems for satisfaction, knowledge retention, and real‑world application.
  • Use data insights to refine programmes and guide strategic learning priorities.
6) Manage Budget & Resources Effectively
  • Oversee the Academy’s budget and optimise resource allocation.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and technology providers.
  • Ensure all learning materials, platforms, and tools remain current and relevant.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience designing, delivering, or managing learning programmes or B2B training services in Malta.
  • Experience in B2B business development or sales.
  • A passion for building strong partnerships with institutes, businesses, and subject matter experts.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on operational ability.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and project‑management skills.
