At Hard Rock Cafe, the kitchen is our stage and we need a reliable, motivated right-hand to our Kitchen Manager. You’ll help lead the team, ensure smooth service, and uphold the rock-solid standards we’re known for.🤔 What will you be doing?
- Assisting in managing day-to-day kitchen operations
- Supporting and motivating the kitchen crew
- Overseeing food prep, quality, and presentation
- Helping manage stock, inventory, and kitchen organization
- Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and health standards are met
- Collaborating with the Kitchen Manager to keep the kitchen running like a well-tuned guitar
- Experience in a supervisory or senior kitchen role
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
- Leadership skills with a hands-on, team-first attitude
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English (other languages are a plus)
- Flexibility for shifts, including evenings and weekends
