MrQ is looking for a Product Manager to play a crucial role in defining and driving the vision, strategy, development and life cycle of the products handled by one of our dedicated Tribes.Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will collaborate closely with the engineering team and other cross-functional teams, including designers and stakeholders, to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our tech leadership and support other Tribes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead product initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, leveraging Agile methodologies to deliver high-impact results. What You Will Do Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear Product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Translate efficiently architectural needs into business concept, to facilitate communication and understanding of initiatives to non-tech stakeholders. Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with Tribe engineers and stakeholders to define Product roadmaps and prioritise features development based on business value. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing and other teams to define Product requirements, specifications, and timelines. Iterative Development: Drive the Agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of Product initiatives, ensure tracking points are collected as part of delivery process and iterate based on data-driven insights, to enhance customer experience and retention. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on product status, demos, milestones, and priorities.ProfilesCompetencies
