Role Summary We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Product Manager to bridge the gap between our clients and internal teams. You’ll lead the charge of managing stakeholder expectations, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving the roadmap for our software platform. Key Responsibilities • Product Ownership: o Own the product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery with a sharp focus on stakeholder satisfaction. o Serve as the primary point of contact for both client and internal stakeholder communications. o Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories. o Collaborate closely with development, design, QA, and operations teams to ensure timely and highquality delivery. o Prioritize product backlog items based on stakeholder input, business goals, and technical feasibility. o Lead product demos, sprint reviews, and planning sessions with internal and external partners. o Regularly gather feedback and insights to refine product features and roadmap. o Ensure alignment of product features with compliance, legal, and regulatory standards within the iGaming industry. • Market Research and Strategy: o Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. o Work closely with the marketing team to align business development strategies with market demands. • Cross-Department Collaboration: o Work closely with product, marketing, and the creative team to align client requirements with company offerings. o Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to influence product development and strategy. Requirements • Native-level fluency in both spoken and written Turkish, with the ability to produce business-critical documents and presentations at a professional standard. • Minimum 5 years of proven success as a Product Manager in the iGaming or technology sector, with demonstrable delivery of complex, high-impact products. • Documented track record of effectively managing senior client relationships and internal stakeholders across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment and delivery under tight deadlines. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the authority and confidence to lead high-level meetings, influence decision-making, and engage diverse international audiences. • Extensive hands-on expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and advanced proficiency with product management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence), with a history of driving agile adoption and measurable process improvements. • Strong business-technical acumen, consistently demonstrating the ability to balance commercial objectives with technical constraints and uncompromising user-centric design principles. • Highly proactive, resilient, and outcome-driven, with the proven ability to operate at pace in a highpressure, rapidly changing environment; consistently demonstrates tenacity, calm under pressure, and a positive leadership presence. • Advanced negotiation, communication, and presentation capabilities, with the ability to secure stakeholder buy-in, resolve conflicts effectively, and influence strategic direction. • Strong analytical and research skills, with a demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth market research, extract actionable insights from complex datasets, and drive evidence-based decision-making. • Full flexibility and commitment to travel internationally, as required, to meet clients, partners, and represent the company at high-profile industry events. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with online gaming products such as casino, sportsbook, or live gaming solutions. • A strong background in managing complex technology-based products. • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in key markets.   • Coordinate department activities. Analyse monitoring instruments and make suggestions for improvement
  • Define objectives of publicity or sales campaign jointly with client
  • Formulate task description for creative developers according to client's communication strategy
  • Organise development of a promotional campaign (logistics, negotiate with stores...). Follow-up promotional campaign
  • Contribute to the formulation of production planning using information collected with customers and internal departments
  • Plan and coordinate the project, productions and teams. Monitor implementation
  • Distribute campaign budget according to media type over expense items: creation/production/buy-in of publicity space...
  • Select campaign projects and media tools (channels) and present them to client for approval
  • Monitor campaigns development (spread-out), analyse results and make evaluations
  • Define or assist in defining strategic policy of organisation (investments, equipment, specialisation...)
  • Select suppliers and service providers. Negotiate terms of contract. Check provided services or products
  • Develop communication strategy for: Business communication

  • Analyse information on product or product range. Select promotional campaign type
  • Analyse results of promotional campaign (achievement of objectives...) and introduce possible improvements
  • Organise and co-ordinate company's commercial strategy
  • Do prospecting of new customers, negotiate assignments and sign contracts (reply to tenders, offers...)
  • Carry out market surveys. Communicate with commercial departments, general management...
  • Create and launch promotional campaign of products
  • Develop promotional campaign for specific product or product range. Define characteristics of advertising media
  • Come up with and develop promotional tools for products
  • Collect and analyse information on product or brand (situation, market, earlier publicity campaigns...)
  • Define fundraising strategies for benefits or associations. Manage fundraising campaigns
