- Coordinate department activities. Analyse monitoring instruments and make suggestions for improvement
- Define objectives of publicity or sales campaign jointly with client
- Formulate task description for creative developers according to client's communication strategy
- Organise development of a promotional campaign (logistics, negotiate with stores...). Follow-up promotional campaign
- Contribute to the formulation of production planning using information collected with customers and internal departments
- Plan and coordinate the project, productions and teams. Monitor implementation
- Distribute campaign budget according to media type over expense items: creation/production/buy-in of publicity space...
- Select campaign projects and media tools (channels) and present them to client for approval
- Monitor campaigns development (spread-out), analyse results and make evaluations
- Define or assist in defining strategic policy of organisation (investments, equipment, specialisation...)
- Select suppliers and service providers. Negotiate terms of contract. Check provided services or products
- Develop communication strategy for: Business communication
