- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service;
- Supervise, train, and prepare rosters for staff;
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally;
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service;
- Oversee inventory and stock ordering;
- Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and analyse sales and profitability reports;
- Implement and enforce restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards;
- Plan and execute promotional events or seasonal offers to increase revenue;
- Ensure compliance with health, and safety regulations.
- Proven local experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast paced environment;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and food safety practices;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on roster basis;
- Currently Residing in Malta.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
