- Identify, develop, and manage new B2B business opportunities within the sportsbook industry
- Generate and maintain your own portfolio of qualified leads and commercial contacts
- Conduct outreach, pitch solutions, and manage negotiations with potential partners
- Build long-term relationships with operators, aggregators, and platform providers
- Represent the sportsbook solution at meetings, industry events, and partner visits
- Collaborate closely with internal product, trading, and technical teams to support deal closure
- Track pipeline activity and provide regular updates on progress and opportunities
- Support market expansion initiatives across Europe and international markets
- Minimum 3 years of proven business development experience in the sportsbook or iGaming industry
- Strong existing network within sportsbook operators, platforms, or related B2B environments
- Native or C2-level English, speaking Russian will be an advantage
- Proven ability to independently generate leads and close B2B deals
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working fully remotely in a performance-driven environment
- Willingness and availability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events
- Based in Europe (preferred)
