We are seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant to join a FinTech division team. The product suite focuses on advanced transaction monitoring and compliance solutions, serving a strong client base across both the financial and iGaming sectors. As we continue expanding globally, we're looking for an individual who can help drive successful implementations and contribute to our product's evolution.In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to design, configure, and deploy tailored solutions, while working alongside a cross-functional team to deliver robust, high-quality implementations. A background in business or computing-paired with 3+ years of industry experience-is ideal.Responsibilities

Analyse client business requirements and processes, offering expert consultancy

Lead product implementations, including installations, integrations, rule configurations, workflows, and upgrades
Develop deep industry knowledge to support ongoing product improvements
Assist the business development team with pre-sales insights and technical support
Provide hands-on technical assistance to clients

Skills & Experience Required

3+ years of experience in software implementation or FinTech roles

Degree in Business, IT, or related field
Experience managing requirements and configurations for enterprise-grade environments
Strong background in integration and data-focused projects
Experience working in Linux environments
Strong SQL skills and ability to analyse data efficiently
Excellent communication, time-management, and troubleshooting skills
Logical, detail-oriented, and systematic approach
Fluency in English

Nice to Have

Knowledge of AML, Responsible Gaming, or Fraud

Experience in gaming, banking, or financial services
Understanding of REST APIs
Experience with big data systems
Familiarity with Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ
Experience with cloud-native technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
