This role combines systems administration expertise with client success management, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both technical and customer-facing environments.What Youll Do

Administer and maintain client infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures.
Act as the primary technical contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality managed services.
Provide clients with strategic recommendations on upgrades, security, and system improvements.
Document system configurations, procedures, and changes clearly.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in systems administration (Windows Server, Linux, VMware).
Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client management.
Ability to handle multiple client accounts and competing priorities effectively.
Industry certifications (Microsoft, VMware, ITIL) are considered a strong plus.
