This role combines systems administration expertise with client success management, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both technical and customer-facing environments.What Youll Do
  • Administer and maintain client infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality managed services.
  • Provide clients with strategic recommendations on upgrades, security, and system improvements.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and changes clearly.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in systems administration (Windows Server, Linux, VMware).
  • Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client management.
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts and competing priorities effectively.
  • Industry certifications (Microsoft, VMware, ITIL) are considered a strong plus.
