This role is ideal for a mid to senior-level professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building strong client relationships. You'll be responsible for managing and maintaining client systems while also acting as an Account Manager, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and technical excellence.Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain client infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud environments.- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.- Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and security protocols.- Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned clients.- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless managed services.- Provide strategic guidance to clients on system improvements and upgrades.- Document system configurations, changes, and procedures.Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience in systems administration (Windows Server, Linux, VMware, etc.).- Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.- Certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, or ITIL are a plus.Key BenefitClient Relationship Management: You'll play a pivotal role in client engagement, acting as an Account Manager to ensure their systems run smoothly and their needs are met proactively.
