
Senior IT Systems Administrator

- Administer and support Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence for internal teams
- Design, configure, and maintain custom workflows, automation rules, permission schemes, and integrations
- Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, user roles, and license usage
- Liaise with vendors and partners for upgrades, troubleshooting, and new feature adoption
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to power users and stakeholders
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant including Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra
- Administer and maintain MS Azure for corporate applications
- Manage user identities, mailboxes, group policies, and M365 security controls
- Support data governance, DLP policies, retention rules, and audit compliance
- Work with the Security team to ensure secure access using tools like Conditional Access and MFA
- Create and maintain scripts (eg. PowerShell) to automate user lifecycle and license management
- Support administration and integration of additional SaaS platforms such as HR Tools, Collaboration Tools and Financial Tools
- Coordinate with teams to roll out new systems or optimize existing platforms
- Monitor application uptime, performance, and user-reported issues
- Handle escalated application support tickets related to Jira, Confluence, and M365
- Document procedures and create internal knowledge base articles
- Implement automation for routine admin tasks using tools like Power Automate
- Degree in ICT or related field
- 3+ years in a system administration or application admin role within a tech or SaaS- heavy company
- Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra) Atlassian Jira and Confluence administration
