Commis Chef is required to assist senior chefs with food preparation and cooking while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and following hygiene standards. Also to manage inventory and contribute to the overall efficiency of the kitchen.ProfilesCompetencies

Cook or heat up meat, fish, vegetables, ...
Prepare dishes for service (presentation, composition, finish...)
Decorate products after cooling (chocolate pieces, sesame seeds, sugar, covering with sauce...)
Wash and clean fruit and vegetables
Assemble and decorate products (biscuit layers, butter cream, sauces, glancing...)
