- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper stock control procedures
- Assist in developing and updating stores management processes
- Carry out stock takes and reconciliations when required
- Manage storage space, conditions, and housekeeping standards
- Ensure correct stock requisitioning and issuing to authorised users
- Oversee timely recording of stock movements and transactions
- Ensure quality control in receiving, storing, and issuing goods
- Optimise storage space and guide storekeepers on usage
- Supervise, train, and appraise stores staff
- Update stock control parameters and verify system reports
- Monitor overstocking and obsolete stock
- Organise and manage all store operations and subcontracted storage
- Liaise with departments for stock planning and coordination
- Oversee packaging and handling of premium and duty free products
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
- Must have at least 2 years of local experience in a similar role and industry.
- Must have and excellent level of written and verbal Maltese & English.
