- Assist customers and provide good customer service.
- Receive, sort, and store deliveries.
- Ensure shelves are stocked, products are organised, and prices are correct.
- Monitor stock levels and report when items need to be reordered.
- Carry out stock checks and help rotate stock so older items are used first.
- Report damaged or expired items.
- Keep the store or warehouse clean, safe, and organised.
- Work closely with the Stores Manager to plan deliveries and organise tasks for store assistants.
- Ensure pick lists are followed and liaise with clients and project managers regarding materials.
- Previous experience in warehouse and retail operations work is a must.
- Must have an excellent level of written and verbal Maltese and English.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for long periods.
- Basic IT knowledge, including POS systems or inventory software such as Sage.
