- Develop and implement brand strategies to increase market share, visibility, and customer loyalty
- Ensure consistency across all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities
- Plan and execute product launches and communication strategies
- Monitor brand performance through market research and consumer insights
- Lead promotional campaigns and advertising initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue and profitability targets
- Manage and expand distribution networks to ensure optimal product availability
- Oversee key accounts, distributors, and trade partners to strengthen relationships
- Plan and implement trade promotions, in-store activations, and sales incentives
- Analyse sales data and take corrective actions where necessary
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and industry trends
- Develop pricing and positioning strategies in line with market conditions
- Provide data-driven insights for product development and innovation
- Lead, train, and motivate sales and merchandising teams
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales management, ideally within a corporate or HoReCa environment
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies
- Driving license
- Must speak Maltese
- Strong experience in customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
