- Develop and execute commercial strategies for physical and digital retail.
- Align retail plans with broader business objectives and market trends.
- Provide leadership across all retail operations and ensure brand consistency.
- Support Operational Managers in delivering high performance and service standards.
- Define and uphold customer service standards across all channels.
- Lead initiatives such as loyalty programmes, subscriptions, and omnichannel services.
- Oversee performance of online platforms and collaborate on digital marketing strategies.
- Lead new store openings and ensure alignment with brand and commercial goals.
- Monitor KPIs, campaign ROI, and profitability across all retail channels.
- Inspire and develop retail and e-commerce teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail leadership, including multi-site or multi-channel management.
- Proven track record in commercial strategy, sales growth, and customer experience.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, omnichannel retail, and digital engagement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and budget management.
- Experience in optical, fashion, or other semi-medical retail environments is a plus.
- Comfortable working across locations and engaging with cross-functional teams.
- Full Time – Indefinite Contract
- Based at Head Office (San Gwann) with regular travel to all store locations in Malta and Gozo
- Standard office hours with flexibility for store visits and strategic meetings
