- Posting and reconciling invoices, payments, and other accounting entries.
- Assisting with month-end closing procedures and reporting.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
- Supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Assisting with payroll data input and reconciliations when required.
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
- Supporting the finance team in audits and other ad hoc projects.
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, ideally within a hospitality or service environment.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of accounting software is an asset.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- An accounting qualification or studies in progress (AAT, ACCA, or equivalent) will be considered an advantage.
