An international Corporate & Trust services firm is searching for a Corporate Services Manager to join their team in Malta. You will form part of the Company’s Management Team and will be responsible to oversee the day-to-day management of a team handling a portfolio of local companies and trusts and assist clients with top-notch corporate governance as required in line with their business needs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role specifically working on Maltese registered companies with a local CSP and sound knowledge of Company Law and AML.
