A Malta-based firm specialising in corporate services, compliance, and financial management solutions is currently looking for a Corporate Executive to join their team. The company's focus lies in supporting businesses with regulatory, tax, and administrative requirements both locally and internationally.This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to €37K, depending on experience.Role & ResponsibilitiesHandle a portfolio of corporate and yachting clientsWork closely with clients, representatives, and advisorsSupport yacht sale and purchase transactionsLiaise with the MBR, Transport Malta, and other authoritiesRegister yachts under the Malta flag and set up company incorporationsCarry out KYC and due diligence checksAssist with daily corporate tasksEnsure client portfolios remain compliant with applicable lawsOpen bank accounts and handle communication with banksSkills and ExperienceMinimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a CSPA relevant academic qualification—particularly a law degree or background—is a plusFluency in English at a C2/native level, both written and spokenFluency in Italian, French, or Spanish is a plusSolid understanding of AML/CFT laws and regulationsAble to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage internally and externally at all levelsProficiency with MS 365 applicationsAbout the RoleSalary of up to €37K, depending on experience, plus performance bonusHybrid working – 3 days on-site, 2 days WFHHealth insuranceCar fringe benefitCorporate discountsCareer growth opportunitiesApply with your detailed CV in English.*JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
