VCFC offers payments related services and is a principal member of VISA and Mastercard.At VCFC, we cater to Premium Individual Customers and Corporate Customers for payment accounts and debit cards. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a team and report to the Senior Relationship Manager.The Sales Executive (UHNWI) will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI), with a focus on promoting VCFC’s financial and payment solutions.The role requires a structured, relationship-driven approach to business development, combining strong commercial acumen with an understanding of regulated financial services. The successful candidate will build and manage a high-quality pipeline, convert prospects through a consultative sales process, and collaborate closely with onboarding, compliance, and operations teams to ensure a seamless and compliant client journey.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a structured sales pipeline with clear activity and conversion targets.Identify and engage UHNWI prospects through professional networks, introducers, and strategic partnerships.Conduct consultative meetings to understand client needs, financial objectives, and service expectations.Present VCFC’s products and services in a clear, credible, and compliant manner tailored to the client’s profile.Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact through to onboarding and activation.Work closely with onboarding and compliance teams to ensure all regulatory and due diligence requirements are met.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system, including pipeline tracking and reporting.Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and high standards of professional conduct.Talent Profile:Proven track record in a sales or relationship management role within financial services, payments, private banking, or a similar environment.Experience dealing with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth individuals is considered an asset.Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques and relationship management.Familiarity with working in regulated environments and compliance-driven processes is preferred.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.Experience using CRM systems and working within structured sales processes.Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.Professional, confident, and client-focused approach.High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Results-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
