We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional to join our team and provide essential support to our sales department.This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining excellent client relationships, and facilitating the delivery of exceptional service within the luxury goods and timepieces sector. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact between clients, sales representatives, and logistics providers, ensuring that all processes — from inquiry to delivery — are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first line of communication with clients, responding to inquiries promptly and courteously via phone and email. - Collaborate closely with the sales and logistics teams to oversee the end-to-end sales process. - Provide ongoing administrative support to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency. - Monitor and track shipments, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries. - Verify the quality and condition of products upon arrival, addressing any discrepancies immediately. - Support the coordination and completion of payment transactions. - Manage and follow up on deliveries, liaising with couriers and transport partners to guarantee seamless service. Candidate Profile: - Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with professional fluency in Italian and English (mandatory). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). - Interest in the luxury sector, particularly high-end goods and timepieces, is highly valued. - Ability to work autonomously while demonstrating initiative and reliability.   • Present/demonstrate products and advise customers

  • Organise departments, stocks and supply (order further supply, remove faulty goods...)
  • Prepare articles (label, theft protection, tag...) and display them in shop or stand
  • Receive payments
  • Sell products: jewels, ornaments
  • Welcome customer. Determine his/her wishes and advise on products and services
