Finance Director

• Oversee liquidity planning and cash flow across multiple entities, managing both fiat and crypto funds with a focus on security, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Execute and monitor crypto transfers between wallets/accounts; manage PSP and banking relationships, resolving payment issues, failed transactions, and settlement queries.
• Ensure fund segregation, strong internal controls, and adherence to AML/CTF obligations, licensing requirements, and audit standards.
• Lead month-end, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles; review daily reconciliations, chargeback reports, settlement cycles, and VAT/tax filings across jurisdictions.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses; provide financial insights to support Group-level strategic planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Group Finance to optimize reporting processes (PSPs, KPIs, dashboards); oversee internal audits and ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance.
• Liaise with compliance, legal, CSPs, auditors, and regulators to ensure proper structuring of fund flows, timely statutory reporting, and accurate submissions.
• Provide financial input for payroll structures, employee onboarding, and contractual compliance; manage account openings/closures with banks and PSPs.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Professional qualification (CPA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent) strongly desirable.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, including senior roles (e.g., Head of Finance) in the iGaming sector.
• Deep knowledge of iGaming B2C financial models, including acquisition, retention, affiliate, and payment structures.
• Expertise in international tax planning, AML regulations, and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in scaling finance operations for high-growth digital businesses.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
