- Oversee liquidity planning and cash flow management across multiple entities.
- Manage company funds across both fiat and crypto accounts, ensuring security and efficiency.
- Execute and monitor crypto transfers between wallets/accounts with appropriate controls and reporting.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and PSPs, addressing payments, failed transactions, account queries, and crypto-related issues.
- Ensure proper segregation of funds in line with regulatory and licensing requirements.
- Contribute to strategic planning by providing financial insight.
- Responsible for month-end reporting.
- Review PSP (Payment Service Provider) reconciliations, chargeback reporting, and settlement cycles.
- Oversee and review daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations across multiple payment channels and jurisdictions.
- Review and conduct internal audits on completion of management accounts.
- Collaborate with Group finance to build and optimize reporting processes (PSPs, MBR, KPI dashboards), ensuring timely and accurate data for management decision-making.
- Maintain strong internal controls.
- Liaise with compliance and legal teams on fund flows, transaction structures, AML/CTF obligations, and licensing requirements.
- Support the opening, maintenance, and closure of bank and PSP accounts, ensuring proper documentation and regulatory alignment.
- Provide financial input for employee onboarding, payroll structures, and contractual compliance.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and audit requirements.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts for all regional entities.
- Review VAT and other tax returns in line with jurisdictional requirements.
- Coordinate with Corporate Service Providers (CSPs) and auditors to ensure accurate statutory reporting and timely submission of filings.
- Develop forward-looking financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to support Group-level strategic planning.
- Ensure financial records and reporting comply with IFRS/GAAP standards and local regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Professional qualification (CPA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent) highly desirable.
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, including Head of Finance or senior finance executive roles in iGaming.
- Strong knowledge of iGaming B2C financial models, including acquisition, retention, affiliate, and payment structures.
- In-depth understanding of international tax planning, AML regulations, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience in scaling finance operations for high-growth digital businesses.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with Group and external stakeholders.
- A senior leadership position within the group, reporting directly to the Group CFO and senior management.
- Involvement in cross-entity financial management, including B2C operations.
- Exposure to Group-level strategy, reporting, and compliance frameworks.
