• Manage a 4-person finance team (Malta & Poland), fostering a high-performance culture.

• 7+ years in senior finance roles (FP&A, Controlling, or Finance Director) within iGaming providers
• A commercial mindset with a track record of partnering with CEOs to unlock growth.
• Board-level presentations and stakeholder management.
• Financial modelling, scenario planning, and investment analysis.
• Strong leadership ability to mentor teams and collaborate with non-financial stakeholders.
• Hybrid flexibility based in Malta
