- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts and prospects to drive acquisition, expansion, and revenue growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor by recommending solutions and services that add value to clients' businesses.
- Provide direction and support to direct reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective client engagement.
- Liaise with other departments internally such as Product, Marketing, Sales Operations and Finance to ensure a seamless customer journey from lead qualification to billing.
- Develop strategic plans aligned with company objectives and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
- Lead contract negotiations and renewals to support long-term client relationships.
- Monitor performance against targets and stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to support strategic decisions.
- Around 5 years of local experience in Business Development, within the IT industry
- Confident with excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English
