- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and target prospects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding evolving business needs
- Lead the full commercial cycle, from opportunity identification through to negotiation and deal closure
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Service Delivery, Finance) to ensure a seamless client experience
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with wider business objectives
- Monitor performance against targets and provide regular forecasting and reporting to senior management
- Lead contract discussions, renewals, and commercial negotiations to ensure long-term client retention
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions
- Provide guidance and direction to internal stakeholders or team members involved in client engagements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in business development or account management within the technology sector
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and growing client portfolios
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and maintain long-term partnerships
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working in dynamic, client-focused environments
- Local market experience in Malta's tech sector or a similar environment is essential
