- Lead the development and integration of the Risk Management Framework.
- Ensure risk management systems align with business needs and best practices.
- Investigate risk events, identify root causes, and implement key learnings.
- Continuously improve risk policies, appetite statements, and assessments.
- Deliver insightful risk reporting for informed decision-making.
- Promote and enhance a strong risk management culture
- Degree in Insurance, Risk, Business or Finance, or a similar qualification.
- A good understanding of the Solvency II framework.
- Excellent command in English language.
