- Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines, including the implementation of data quality checks and validation controls.
- Work closely with data and business stakeholders to support planning, prioritisation, and delivery timelines for data initiatives.
- Conduct installation, configuration, troubleshooting, data migration, integration, and replication activities for database and middleware systems.
- Oversee and coordinate the release of patches, upgrades, and configuration changes to production systems.
- Provide operational support, including handling support calls and escalating issues where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with Group standards, policies, and procedures relating to system performance, availability, security, and data protection.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to design and implement data solutions while supporting the underlying infrastructure.
- Design, test, implement, and document procedures and runbooks specific to the role to ensure operational continuity and resilience.
- Stay adjourned and adhere to the latest AML/CFT policies and procedures.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Information Technology, Data, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in data engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with data integration, ETL tooling, and middleware platforms.
- Strong understanding of SQL and data warehouse concepts.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
