- Assist in managing day-to-day workload and coordinating activities of maintenance team.
- Plan, prioritize, and execute preventive and emergency maintenance tasks.
- Maintain high standards of Food Hygiene and Safety controls.
- Conduct risk assessments, collaborate with Maintenance Manager, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Perform routine and emergency repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Document maintenance activities, coordinate with departments, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Uphold workplace cleanliness, safety standards, and organizational practices.
- Supervise and mentor maintenance team, delegating tasks and ensuring operational success.
- Participate in training sessions and fulfill duties assigned by Department Head.
