- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple facilities
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, plumbing, and infrastructure issues
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime
- Keeping accurate records of all maintenance activities and inspections
- Managing landscaping, gardening, and seasonal plant care
- Coordinating with external service providers such as cleaning, security, and catering teams
- Handling minor building repairs, painting, and general facility upkeep
- Supporting renovation and refurbishment projects as needed
- Occasionally providing driving services or emergency stand-by support
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
- Possession of a valid Electrical License (A or B) recognized in Malta
- General plumbing and routine maintenance tasks
- Effective communicator with a strong focus on customer service
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle diverse responsibilities
- Collaborative team player with a professional demeanour and client-focused approach
- Thorough knowledge of health, safety, and operational regulations
- Prior experience in a similar maintenance or technical role is advantageous
