With a strong focus on customer-centric solutions and cutting-edge technology, they offer both consumer wallets and corporate accounts that are seamless, secure, and future-ready.They are now seeking a Cards Manager to take ownership of the cards product proposition. This role will play a key part in shaping, managing, and enhancing the lifecycle of card products, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and market competitiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end lifecycle of card products from development and launch to optimisation and eventual retirement.Oversee day-to-day operations for card issuance, activation, and usage, while ensuring card management systems are fully functional and updated.Collaborate with payment networks (Visa, Mastercard), processing vendors, and internal teams to guarantee smooth delivery and service.Monitor product performance, analyse trends, and recommend enhancements to strengthen customer value and business growth.Ensure compliance with PSD2, AML/CFT, PCI DSS, and other local/international regulations.Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service agreements, and oversee new card designs, upgrades, or functionality improvements.Lead and support projects related to new product launches or system enhancements, working closely with IT, compliance, and operations teams.Provide internal training, support, and resources (guides, FAQs, troubleshooting) to ensure teams can effectively assist customers.Deliver regular reports to senior management with actionable insights on usage, performance, and customer satisfaction.RequirementsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related field.Minimum 5 years experience in financial services, with solid exposure to card issuing (mandatory).Strong understanding of card management systems, payment processing, and regulatory frameworks.Proven ability to analyse data, identify trends, and deliver strategic recommendations.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors, teams, and customers.Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.In-depth knowledge of the payments ecosystem including card networks, interchange, and payment gateways.A proactive, hands-on professional who can work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
