We currently employ 200 people spread across 3 core business lines namely Fintech, Investment services and Fund administration.We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing strategy, driving growth and expanding our digital capabilities. This role involves close collaboration with graphic designers, developers, and other teams to deliver impactful campaigns and optimise our online presence.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and optimise paid digital campaigns, including display advertising, social media, SEM, and SEO.Manage PPC campaigns and advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant ads management tools.Ensure cross-channel integration of marketing campaigns, aligning messaging, creative assets, and targeting strategies across web, app, email, social media, and paid channels to deliver a consistent brand experience and maximise impact.Oversee content management, SEO/SEM optimisation, analytics for group websites, social media platforms, microsites, and digital campaigns.Analyse campaign performance, monitor ROI, and track KPIs.Assist with customer journeys across digital touchpoints to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.Lead targeted email marketing, including segmented campaigns, A/B testing, performance analysis, and automated nurture flows.Identify and implement innovative technologies and digital products to enhance campaign performance.Ensure accurate data tracking across the Moneybase mobile app, web app, and website for reliable reporting.Generate advertising and SEO performance reports for stakeholders.Manage and optimise a substantial digital marketing budget to maximise ROI.Experience & EducationDegree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field with a focus on digital strategy and performance marketing.Strong expertise and experience in PPC, Google Ads, Meta tools, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, Google Anlytics, Google Search Console, Appsflyer, Firebase, Google Tag Manager and other related platforms.Experience in mobile application advertising and tracking implementationExperience with customer journey mapping, email automation, and CRM platforms.Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools for data analysis and performance reporting.Proficient in SEO/SEM and familiar with Google systems.Experience using WordPress, and other content management systems.Skills & AttributesSelf-motivated and proactive.Excellent analytical, organisational, and project management skills.Strong copywriting and communication abilities.Confident in presenting digital marketing strategies and performance results to stakeholders.Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and performance marketing.Familiarity with financial services or fintech marketing.Ability to pivot strategies quickly based on campaign performance and market trends.Remuneration
