This is a dynamic, results-driven role where you will work across a diverse range of clients and industries, developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive real business impact.As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, technologists, and media buyers, ensuring seamless execution of omni-channel campaigns that generate measurable growth, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and performance-driven, thriving at the intersection of strategy, execution, and data-driven decision-making. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES (1) Omni-Channel Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies across social media, search, email, and SEO channels. Plan, launch, and manage paid and organic campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Oversee campaign execution, ensuring marketing objectives are met efficiently and effectively. (2) Client Communication and Account Management: Maintain day-to-day client communication, ensuring seamless coordination, transparency, and expectation management. Act as a strategic advisor for clients, guiding them on best practices, performance insights, and campaign optimisation. Work cross-functionally with creative and media teams to ensure campaigns align with brand identity and business goals. (3) Paid and Organic Campaign Management: Set up, optimise, and scale performance-driven paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Manage organic content strategies across social and search platforms, optimising for visibility, reach, and engagement. Ensure all campaigns follow best practices, with an emphasis on targeting, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking. (4) Data Analysis and Campaign Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and engagement rates, making real-time adjustments for optimal results. Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audience segments, and ad placements to maximize ROI. Leverage insights from Google Analytics, GA4, Business Intelligence platforms, and Hotjar to drive data-backed decision-making. (5) Creative Collaboration and Content Strategy: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and videographers to develop high-performing creative assets. Ensure creative direction aligns with marketing objectives, platform best practices, and audience preferences. Provide feedback and recommendations on ad creatives, messaging, and landing page performance. (6) Conversion Optimisation and Funnel Development: Develop and refine digital marketing funnels, focusing on conversion, retention, and lifetime value. Implement best practices for landing page optimisation in collaboration with UX/UI teams.
