We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and drive our Modern Mediterranean and Asian Fusion concept. You will design menus, manage staff and budgets, and ensure exceptional quality. Creativity, leadership, and passion are essential.As a key member of our senior management team, the Head Chef will have full autonomy over the kitchen's creative direction and operational performance. Key Responsibilities: Menu Development: Design, engineer, and execute creative and profitable menus that blend Modern Mediterranean, Italian, and Asian Fusion concepts, with a strong focus on seasonal ingredients. Kitchen Management: Lead, manage, train, and motivate the entire kitchen brigade to perform at the highest level. Quality Control: Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes, ensuring exceptional quality, taste, and consistency. Financial Control: Manage the kitchen budget, including food costing, labour cost control, inventory management, and supplier negotiations to achieve financial targets. Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to all health, safety, and food hygiene (HACCP) standards, ensuring the kitchen is always compliant and inspection-ready. Supplier Relations: Source and maintain relationships with high-quality local and international suppliers. This is a key leadership role for a chef who is passionate about creating innovative dishes and building a strong culinary brand.   • Supervise preparation of dishes. Do or check garnish or presentation of plates or dishes
