• Project Leadership: Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and milestones.
• Governance & Documentation: Implement stage gates and governance processes while maintaining detailed and transparent project documentation.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and track automation metrics to measure the success and ROI of initiatives.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in process improvement and automation.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
• Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery.

• A strong passion for delivering projects to success
• At least 2 years of experience in project management
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging stakeholders at all levels.

• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
• Experience in managing business transformation projects in a tech-driven environment
• Experience in the iGaming industry
