Senior Corporate & Commercial Associate Lawyer (recruiting from Malta only)

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, foreign legal counsel, banks, regulators, and other stakeholders.

• Manage and oversee corporate and commercial legal matters for a portfolio of local and international clients.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on ongoing legal and corporate matters.

• Manage client files proactively, ensuring deadlines, compliance requirements, and regulatory obligations are met.

• Conduct legal research and provide practical legal advice across corporate, commercial, and private client related areas of law.

• Take on key responsibilities, including directorship roles where required, and support senior lawyers on transactions and complex client matters.

• Law degree with the right to practice law in Malta.

• Minimum of 4 years post graduate experience in corporate, commercial, private client, or financial services law.

• Experience working with international clients and cross-border matters.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook/Office, CRM systems, databases, and legal research tools.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
