Are you looking to grow your career in corporate tax law? One of our top clients, a leading multi-disciplinary law firm offering tailored legal services across all practice areas, is seeking a motivated Associate (Lawyer) – Corporate Tax to join their Tax Department.What is expected of you?

Advise local and international clients on a broad range of corporate tax matters, including tax structuring, cross-border transactions, and tax planning strategies
Provide guidance on direct and indirect taxation, including income tax, capital gains tax, and VAT
Assist with corporate restructurings, mergers & acquisitions, and group reorganisations from a tax perspective
Prepare and submit tax rulings, liaising with local tax authorities as needed
Conduct legal research and draft documents related to tax compliance

What are you expected to bring?

Hold an M.Adv. qualification
Able to work effectively under pressure with a results-oriented approach
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Previous experience in tax or related fields is an advantage
