- Issuing, processing and preparing client orders within the ERP system as well as preparing order confirmations and maintaining complete project documentation.
- Processing orders through the Purchasing department and following up on acknowledgements and lead times of orders with suppliers and proactively managing discrepancies.
- Coordinating deliveries and pick-ups with the Purchasing department, ensuring alignment with site readiness and installation schedules.
- Liaising with after-sales and installation teams to schedule works, coordinate access and follow up during installations to ensure smooth execution.
- Acting as a central coordination point between Project Managers, suppliers, logistics and after-sales team, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
- Maintaining trackers for orders, deliveries and installations, flagging risks or delays early and supporting continuous process improvement.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a fit out, contract, joinery, construction environment.
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems and Excel.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in order to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams alike.
- Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset.
