- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior supervisor within a restaurant or hotel
- Strong understanding of Lebanese cuisine and dining culture
- Previous experience working in Lebanon or within a Lebanese restaurant
- Confident, hands-on leadership style with a guest-first mindset
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume service while maintaining quality and consistency
