We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading lifestyle hotel located in St Julian’s, seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager – Lebanese Cuisine to lead a signature dining concept.This is a key front-of-house leadership role focused on delivering an authentic, high-quality guest experience while driving operational excellence.The RoleYou will take full ownership of the Lebanese cuisine outlet, overseeing daily operations, leading the service team, and ensuring brand standards are consistently delivered.This position requires a confident, hands-on leader with strong commercial awareness and a passion for service excellence.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations
  • Ensure service standards, guest experience, and brand consistency
  • Manage, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
  • Drive guest satisfaction through personalised and attentive service
  • Collaborate closely with Kitchen, Bar, and senior management
  • Monitor operational costs, staffing levels, and service efficiency
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior supervisor within a restaurant or hotel
  • Strong understanding of Lebanese cuisine and dining culture
  • Previous experience working in Lebanon or within a Lebanese restaurant
  • Confident, hands-on leadership style with a guest-first mindset
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume service while maintaining quality and consistency
