Hard Rock Hotel - Vibe Manager

• Curate and manage the hotel’s ambient music content across all guest areas, including restaurant, bar, lobby, spa, pool, and public spaces
• Oversee the implementation and calibration of music delivery systems and audio hardware (sound zones, volume, equalization)
• Lead the operational programming of lighting schemes in coordination with Engineering and Housekeeping to match time-of-day and activity cycles
• Coordinate and deliver live entertainment activations (e.g. DJs, acoustic sets, pop-ups) in collaboration with F&B and Events departments
• Monitor guest sentiment and real-time energy metrics to dynamically adjust ambiance in line with service objectives
• Serve as the property’s brand culture ambassador, delivering onboarding training and ongoing support for all departments on brand tone, vibe, and storytelling
• Ensure full compliance with Hard Rock International’s brand standards and licensing regulations related to music and entertainment

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within hotels, luxury entertainment venues, or hospitality-driven events
• Knowledge of sound systems (zoning, playlists, A/V hardware), lighting control panels, and ambient technology is a must
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
• High-level understanding of guest psychology and sensory experience design
• Passion for music and cultural trends, with the ability to tailor content to a diverse international audience
• Excellent communication, training, and public speaking skills
