Operations Manager (Projects)

• Lead the Projects Team, managing all activities from sales handover to successful project completion.
• Plan, schedule, and execute all project phases, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Coordinate with internal manufacturing facilities to align production with project schedules.
• Collaborate closely with the Installation Team to ensure alignment on timelines, resources, and project deliverables.
• Implement and maintain efficient project tracking, reporting, and communication systems.
• Conduct final quality inspections before handover to clients, ensuring exceptional delivery standards.
• Design and improve processes to streamline communication and workflow between sales, projects, factories, and installation teams.
• Support and progressively lead company-wide installation operations, including retail site installations.
• Oversee retail warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics as the role expands.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
