Our client is seeking a results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to grow their presence across commercial and industrial markets. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and selling energy-efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions.This is an ideal opportunity for a technically minded, driven sales professional who is motivated by performance and results.Key Responsibilities

Generate new business and manage existing client accounts within the HVAC sector.
Identify and qualify opportunities through networking, site visits, and client meetings.
Prepare and present quotations, tenders, and technical proposals.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Manage pipeline activity through CRM systems and report on sales performance.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Requirements

Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within HVAC, M&E, or building services.
Strong understanding of air conditioning, ventilation, or heating systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage clients and contractors.
Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client visits.
