- Building, managing, and developing a strong client database for the Industrial Products portfolio.
- Meeting customers to understand commercial and technical requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
- Preparing, presenting, and following up quotations, with a strong focus on closing sales.
- Taking ownership of assigned industrial product lines in relation to the local market.
- Provide technical support and expertise on industrial products to customers and internal teams.
- Assist in product selection, troubleshooting, and application recommendations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop technically sound and commercially viable proposals.
- Conducting product demonstrations and contributing to technical training sessions for clients where required.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and supplier developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers and ensuring product knowledge remains current and relevant.
- Contributing to sales action plans aimed at improving revenue growth and profitability.
- Have a technical background and possibly have experience working in a similar environment.
- Have a strong understanding of industrial equipment, machinery, or related products.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be proficient in the English language (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Be conversant in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
