Our client, a prestigious Corporate Services company based in Malta, is seeking a dedicated Corporate and Yachting Executive to join their professional team . The successful candidate will join a specialised and structured team, reporting to our Corporate Manager and working alongside a Senior Executive, a Corporate & Yachting Executive, and a Maritime Consultant. A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within the yachting industry is essential. A degree in Law or a strong legal background would be considered a significant asset. We are looking for someone with a solid corporate and yachting foundation who can hit the ground running and integrate quickly within the team.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManaging a portfolio of corporate/yachting clientsLiaising with clients, client representatives and advisorsAssisting with yacht sale/purchase transactionsLiaising with the Malta Business Registry, Transport Malta and other authorities/agenciesRegistration of yachts under the Malta flagIncorporation of companiesConducting KYC and due diligence processesAssisting in day-to-day corporate tasksEnsuring compliance of client portfolio with applicable lawsOpening of bank accounts and managing communication with banks.CANDIDATE PROFILEMinimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles within a CSPHaving adequate knowledge on AML/CFT Laws & RegulationsBeing able to work within a team as well as individually without supervisionHaving a high degree of communication skills, verbal and written with the ability to communicate externally and internally at all levelsHaving a good command of English as a working language.
