- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant/bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Delegate tasks to Assistant Managers and other staff members to maintain high standards and operational efficiency. • Address feedback from guests in a professional manor. • Work closely with the Senior Receptionist to coordinate the smooth turnover of tables and manage dining flow effectively. • Monitor and adjust service levels to meet guest needs and operational demands. • Stock management & ordering effectively operating equipment to ensure we never run low. • Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to, including proper food handling and hygiene practices. • Mentor & strengthen the Assistant Manager team. • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. • Effective maintaining & communicating the Rota • Managing the distribution of hours, adding shifts when busy & reducing when quieter than expected.
