- Take ownership of the daily execution and optimization of paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on operational excellence: reliable delivery, clean tracking, disciplined budget control, and continuous performance improvement.
- Execute daily campaign operations across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing): build, launch, optimize, and scale Search campaigns.
- Monitor performance and budget spend daily, including budgets, bids, impression share, search terms, CPC/CPA, CVR, and traffic quality.
- Maintain well-structured and organised accounts: keywords, match types, negative keywords, RSAs, extensions, and landing pages.
- Create clear, decision-oriented reporting for management, outlining key results, main performance drivers, actions taken, and next steps.
- Operational workflow for creatives:
- Write clear briefs and create tickets for graphic/visual requirements.
- Coordinate formats and specifications, ensuring correct implementation within advertising platforms.
- Retargeting and retention support (in collaboration with CRM):
- Plan and execute remarketing audiences and campaign concepts.
- Align messaging and segmentation with CRM lifecycle stages.
- Monitor impact on downstream funnel quality, not limited to clicks.
- Programmatic support (when relevant):
- Assist with Adform campaigns, particularly retargeting initiatives, following onboarding/training.
- Junior to Mid-Level Specialist with a minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or media buying (agency or in-house).
- Strong operational experience with Google Search Ads, including account structure, optimization, negative keyword strategy, ad testing, and budget pacing.
- Experience with Microsoft Ads (Bing).
- Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CVR, and able to translate insights into concrete actions.
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, particularly regarding campaign settings, tracking, budgets, and compliance.
- Professional level of written and spoken English.
- Experience with Adform DSP (especially retargeting, frequency caps, and audience management) and Google Tag Manager (QA/debugging or implementation) is considered an asset.
