We’ll invest in your future to help you develop your unique strengths and build a career that’s right for you.About the role...With digital marketing and branding as primary focus, the Canada Marketing Manager will be responsible for the daily planning and execution of our marketing campaigns for our brands in Canada (Ontario). You will work closely with our internal marketing team and external agencies on planning, executing and optimizing campaigns, building world class creative assets and brand activation.The MM will be the “glue” between different marketing areas and departments, and as such the day to day work will have a variety of responsibilities and tasks, all with the aim of improving marketing performance while continuing to improve our brand awareness metrics in the markets. The MM will report to the Country Manager for Canada.What you will be doing...

Work closely with our in-house marketing team, Affiliates and local partners to drive FTDs and grow brand awareness.
Develop our brand activation strategy in collaboration with local agencies. Identify opportunities to grow and activate our brands and develop plans to execute upon these opportunities.
Monitor the Social Media Channels and proactively find opportunities to improve our customer experience in this space.
Keep exploring new digital opportunities, channels and concepts to take evoke to number 1 operator in the country.

Who we are looking for...

Minimum 2 years working in Digital Marketing, preferably in the iGaming industry
Preferably a Canadian native background / strong local understanding of the market
Experience in working with Social Media Channels and a good understanding of other digital marketing channels such as programmatic, PPC and YouTube.
Experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics, attribution models as well as a deep understanding of main KPIs in customer acquisition and how they interact.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Experience in working with brand marketing channels such as TV, radio, outdoor.

Excellent analytical skills and a born team player
Strong attention to detail and good planning skills required.
The ability to work across multiple team in a matrix organization and manage project deliveries within tight deadlines
